Refund Policy

Dietary supplements and nutritional products sold through Garin are classified as food products under Indonesian law (Law No. 36 of 1999 concerning Health). As with most food and dietary supplement products, returns and refunds are generally not provided for purchased items.

Once a supplement product has been purchased and shipped to you, it is typically non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy applies because:
